Who are we looking for?
You will either be a Home Manager with experience managing a residential home or a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in your career. The successful candidate will have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 and be able to evidence they can run a successful care home in line with commercial and quality outcomes.
As the Home Manager, you will lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering, and Site Maintenance Personnel. You will be accountable for all residents within the home, ensuring their emotional, physical, and social needs are met, while also ensuring compliance with local governing bodies.
Due to the nature of the role, it is vital for the successful candidate to have a flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service.

Requirements
- Home Manager or Deputy Manager experience
- Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in care level 4/5, or willingness to learn
- A flexible and dynamic approach

This home is easily commutable from Port Talbot, Goresinon, Nottage, Oxwich, Bridgend, Morriston, and Llanelli.
Summary
We are looking for a Home Manager to join our valued client and run their care home in the South Wales area. In return, you will be compensated with a salary of circa £56,500 per annum + additional benefits, which will be discussed at the interview stage.
